Overview
Equipment designed around the operator's task
Operators lose minutes every hour reaching, bending, searching and walking for parts. Across a line and a year, that is lost capacity — and a source of fatigue and errors.
We design workstations and line-side equipment from the task: what the operator does, which parts and tools they need, where those should sit within easy reach, and how material is replenished without interrupting work. Height, reach zones, lighting and part presentation are set deliberately.
Modular systems such as pipe-and-joint and aluminium profile let you re-configure equipment when products or processes change, instead of scrapping it.

What is a pipe-and-joint system?
A modular system of coated steel pipes and metal joints used to build racks, workstations and trolleys. It can be re-configured as your process changes, which makes it popular for lean line-side equipment.
Can you make ESD-safe workstations?
Yes. We supply ESD-safe tops, grounding points and accessories for electronics, EV and sensitive component assembly.
Do you make custom kitting trolleys?
Yes. Trolleys are designed for your specific parts, with protective nests and labelled positions so kits are complete and parts are not damaged.
Is there a minimum order?
We take on single stations for trial as well as complete lines. For repeat items we recommend a trial unit first.
