Press-fit machines
Bearing, bush, pin and seal pressing with the force-displacement curve monitored on every cycle — so an incorrect fit is rejected at the station instead of discovered at the customer.
At a glance
- Force
- Pneumatic, hydro-pneumatic or servo — sized to the application
- Monitoring
- Load cell and displacement sensor with pass/fail window
- Controls
- PLC/HMI with recipes per variant and curve storage
- Safety
- Two-hand control or light curtain with safety relay/PLC
- Lead time
- Indicative 8–14 weeks from design freeze
Overview
Press-Fit Machines built to your application
Press-fitting looks simple until a bearing goes in cocked, a bush is under-seated by half a millimetre, or the press force masks a wrong component. Each of those reaches the customer as a warranty claim.
We build press stations around the characteristic that matters — final position, peak force, and the shape of the curve between them — with a nest that locates the part properly and a control system that stores the result against the part.
Variants
Types of press-fit machines we build
Pneumatic press station
Lower forces with simple control — brackets, clips, small bushes.
Hydro-pneumatic press
High force from shop air, with controlled approach and press stroke.
Servo press
Programmable speed and force profiles with full curve monitoring.
Multi-station press
Index table combining pressing with checking or marking.

Press-Fit Machines: common questions
What press force can you supply?
We size the press to your application, from light pneumatic stations to high-force hydro-pneumatic and servo presses. Send the required force and stroke and we will propose the actuation.
Why monitor the force-displacement curve?
Peak force alone can pass a wrong or misaligned component. The curve shows how the force built up, which catches cocked bearings, missing parts, wrong variants and burrs.
Can results be stored per part?
Yes — curves and pass/fail results can be stored against a serial number or QR code and exported for audits.
