If analytics is enabled, our analytics provider collects standard, aggregated usage data.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare technical discussions and quotations, evaluate supplier registrations, keep records of our business communication and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with our personnel and service providers who need it to respond to you or operate the website (for example, hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Drawings and technical files you send are treated as confidential and used only for your enquiry; we sign an NDA on request.

Form submissions are stored on our hosting server and delivered to our business email. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and delete them when no longer required, unless we must keep them longer by law or contract.
