Pallet and free-flow conveyor systems
Workpiece pallets circulating on free-flow or chain conveyors, with stoppers, lift-and-locate units and identification — the backbone of precision assembly lines that need repeatable positioning and traceability.

Overview
Pallet & Free-Flow Conveyors built to your application
When stations must work on a part that is precisely located — pressing, screwing, dispensing, testing — the product should not be handled at every station. A workpiece pallet carries the part through the line, and each station lifts, locates and clamps the pallet to a known position.
Because every pallet carries an identity, the line can also decide what to do with each unit: which variant to build, which test to run, and which results to record against the serial number.
Variants
Types of pallet & free-flow conveyors we build
Free-flow pallet conveyor
Pallets ride on accumulating chains and stop at stations without stopping the line.
Twin-track belt pallet line
Compact, quiet transport for light pallets in electronics and EV assembly.
Two-level circulation
Empty pallets return on a lower level to save floor space.
Manual flow line
Low-cost pallets on roller tracks for early-volume production.

Pallet & Free-Flow Conveyors: common questions
Why use pallets instead of moving the part directly?
Pallets give each station a repeatable datum, protect the part, allow identification and traceability, and let stations be automated later without redesigning the line.
How accurate is the pallet positioning?
With a stopper and lift-and-locate unit, working repeatability in the ±0.05–0.1 mm class is achievable, which suits pressing, screwing and dispensing stations.
Can we add stations later?
Yes. We design the loop with space and utilities for future stations so the line can be automated in phases.
