Overview

Robotic Welding Cells built to your application

A robot alone does not weld parts. It needs a fixture that holds the assembly to the drawing, a positioner that presents the joint at the right angle, a safe way for operators to load and unload, and a program written for your part and wire.

We deliver the whole cell: layout and reach study, fixtures, positioner, fencing and safety circuit, fume extraction, torch cleaning, programming and operator training — accepted on cycle time and weld quality with your parts.

Variants

Types of robotic welding cells we build

Two-station turntable cell

Operator loads one side while the robot welds the other — highest utilisation.

Single-station cell

Lower cost for larger assemblies and lower volumes.

Head-and-tailstock cell

Long weldments rotated for continuous circumferential welds.

Spot welding cell

Sheet-metal assemblies with servo guns and water cooling.

FAQ

Robotic Welding Cells: common questions

Will a robot cell pay back for our volumes?

We calculate payback from labour, rework, cycle time and consistency before recommending it. For repetitive weldments with steady volume, robotic welding usually pays back; for very high mix and low volume, fixtures with skilled welders often win.

Which robot brand do you use?

We are make-agnostic and integrate the make your plant standardises on, keeping local service and spares availability in mind.

Do you train our operators to program it?

Yes. Operator and basic programming training is part of the handover, along with program backups and documentation.
