Overview

Conveyors engineered as part of the line

A conveyor sets the rhythm of a production line. Its height, speed, pitch, accumulation and stopping behaviour decide how operators work and how the line recovers from a stoppage. Conveyors bought on length and width alone often become the reason a line cannot hit takt.

We size conveyors from the product, load per metre, required speed or indexing pattern and the station logic — where parts must stop, rotate, lift, accumulate or be identified. Drives, controls and safety are designed in, and conveyors are integrated with fixtures, stations and data capture.

Standard modules are used wherever possible for faster build and easier spares, with custom sections where the product or layout demands it.

Which conveyor is right for my assembly line?

It depends on product weight and shape, how it must be held and presented to operators, whether it must index or run continuously, and whether parts need to accumulate. Pallet conveyors suit precision assembly; slat conveyors suit heavy final assembly; belt and roller conveyors suit light parts, inspection and packing.

Can you integrate new conveyors with our existing line?

Yes. We survey the existing line, match heights and interfaces, and integrate controls so the new and old sections work as one line.

Do you supply conveyors for heavy loads like tractors or construction equipment?

Yes. Slat, skillet and chain floor conveyors are designed for heavy assemblies with calculated structures and drives.

How long does a conveyor project take?

Typically 6–14 weeks from design freeze, depending on length, type and controls. Standard modular conveyors can be faster.

Do you provide conveyor maintenance support?

Yes. You receive a maintenance schedule, spares list and training at handover, with post-handover support for adjustments, modifications and breakdowns.
