How we work
One team, one execution flow — from study to stable output
Six stages, each closed by a gate you sign off. You always know what has been agreed, what comes next and who is accountable.

Engagement models
Buy it the way that suits your project
Turnkey (lump sum)
Complete scope against a frozen specification — design, build, install, commission — with milestone payments.
Design & build
We engineer and build the equipment; you handle civil and utilities using our data.
Engineering study first
A paid study — layout, line balance, concept and budget — before you commit to the build.
Installation & commissioning
Site execution and ramp-up for equipment built by us or by others.
AMC & post-handover support
Preventive maintenance, breakdown support, spares and modifications.
Upgrade & retrofit
Capacity, automation, safety and traceability upgrades to existing lines and machines.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How are payments structured?
Typically as milestones linked to order, design freeze, FAT, delivery and SAT. The exact split is agreed per project and written into the contract.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Changes are raised as change requests with their cost and schedule impact documented and approved before any work on them starts.
Who is our point of contact?
One project manager from study to handover, with a clear escalation path to leadership.
Is the equipment covered by warranty?
Yes. Warranty terms are defined in each contract, with post-handover support and AMC options beyond the warranty period.
