Warehouses designed from throughput, not just square feet

NCR's warehousing belt — along the Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Kundli-Sonipat and the Gurugram-Manesar corridor — has grown fast. Many facilities are fitted out quickly with racking that fills space but does not match how goods actually move.

We design warehouses from SKU profiles, throughput and picking methods: which racking, which aisle widths, where receiving and dispatch sit, and where conveyors or handling equipment remove walking and double handling.

For manufacturers, we connect the warehouse to production — stores, kitting and line-side supply — so material flows as one system.
