Most handling injuries and a surprising amount of lost cycle time come from the same cause: a part presented at the wrong height or the wrong angle. Lift tables, tilters and manipulators fix that at the station instead of asking the operator to absorb it.

Lift Tables & Tilters built to your application
Ergonomics has a direct production number attached to it. When an operator bends to a pallet on the floor, each pick costs seconds and the last picks of a shift cost more than the first. A pallet positioner that keeps the top layer at waist height removes that entirely, and it is usually the cheapest station improvement available.
The engineering that matters is duty cycle. A lift table rated for a load but not for the number of cycles it will actually see is a maintenance problem waiting to happen — which is why we size from cycles per hour and expected life, not from the load alone.

Pallet positioner
Self-levelling table that keeps the top layer of a pallet at working height as it is loaded or unloaded.
Tilter

Rotating the load so the operator works one face at a time instead of walking around it.
Upender
Turning a heavy part through 90° between machining and assembly orientations.

Lift Tables & Tilters: common questions
Pit-mounted or floor-mounted?
Pit-mounted when the platform has to come down flush so a pallet truck can roll on. Floor-mounted when it does not, because it avoids civil work and is far easier to service. We check the civil cost before recommending a pit.
How do you size it — is the load enough?
No. Load sets the structure; duty cycle sets the life. A table lifting 1,000 kg four times a shift and one lifting 1,000 kg two hundred times a shift are different machines, and sizing on load alone is how people end up replacing one after a year.
Is guarding included?
Where the unit sits in an operator area, yes — toe guards, bellows skirts and interlocked guarding designed from a risk assessment, not added after an incident.
Can it be integrated into a line rather than standing alone?
Yes. Roller or ball-transfer tops, conveyor interfaces, and interlocking with the upstream and downstream stations are all normal scope.
