Overview
From delivery to stable output — without the gap
Equipment that works at the builder's facility often struggles on site: foundations are not ready, utilities are undersized, interfaces between vendors do not match, and nobody owns the ramp-up. Weeks are lost and the start-of-production date slips.
We plan installation before equipment is dispatched — foundation and anchoring data, utilities readiness checks, rigging plans, interface lists and a commissioning protocol with acceptance criteria. On site, our team erects, aligns, connects and commissions, then supports the plant through ramp-up until output is stable.
We also relocate existing plants and lines — dismantling, tagging, shifting, re-installation and re-validation — and can act as the single site lead for equipment supplied by others.

FAQ
Installation & Commissioning: common questions
What is the difference between FAT and SAT?
A factory acceptance test (FAT) is done at the builder's facility before dispatch to prove the equipment meets specification. A site acceptance test (SAT) is done after installation at your plant to prove it performs in your conditions, with your utilities and parts.
Can you install and commission equipment supplied by other vendors?
Yes. We can act as the single site lead — coordinating installation, interfaces and commissioning of equipment from multiple suppliers — or install and commission specific machines to their documentation.
Do you shift complete plants?
Yes. We plan and execute plant and line relocation: dismantling with tagging and records, shifting coordination, re-installation, re-commissioning and re-validation, phased to limit lost production.
Do you offer AMC for lines and machines?
Yes. Annual maintenance contracts cover planned preventive maintenance, inspections and breakdown support for lines, conveyors, SPMs and fixtures.
How do you minimise downtime when installing in a running plant?
Equipment is pre-built and tested before it arrives, site work is sequenced into shutdowns, weekends or phased cut-overs, and utilities and interfaces are made ready in advance.
