Steel Pallets & Stillages built to your application
Returnable steel packaging is one of the few pieces of plant equipment whose cost is decided almost entirely by two numbers: how many parts fit in it, and how much space it takes on the truck when it goes back empty. A design that carries ten percent more parts and folds flat on return pays for itself in months.
The other half is protection. A machined face, a painted panel or a sealed surface that gets marked in transit is scrap at the customer, and the argument that follows costs more than the packaging did.

Steel Pallets & Stillages: common questions
Steel or plastic returnable packaging?
Steel when the load is heavy, the part needs rigid protection, or the unit has to stack high and survive forklift handling for years. Plastic when it is light, clean and the handling is gentle. We will tell you when plastic is the better answer.
Do you build a prototype before the full batch?
Yes, and we recommend it. One unit is trialled with real parts, on your trucks and in your racking, and approved before the batch is cut. A design error caught on one unit costs nothing; the same error across two hundred is expensive.
Can they be designed to fold when empty?
Yes. Foldable sides or nesting frames typically cut return transport volume by 60–75%, which on a regular supplier loop is usually where the payback sits.
Will they fit our existing racking and trucks?
That is a design input, not an afterthought. We take your rack bay dimensions, beam levels, truck bed size and fork spacing before drawing anything.
