Roller conveyors
Gravity, powered and accumulation roller conveyors for cartons, bins, trays and pallets — sized to your load per metre, with curves, transfers and zone control where the flow needs them.
At a glance
- Duty
- Light cartons to pallet loads
- Types
- Gravity, powered (chain/belt driven), zero-pressure accumulation
- Rollers
- Steel, SS or PVC-sleeved; pitch set by the smallest load
- Extras
- Curves, ball transfer units, lift gates, stoppers
- Lead time
- Indicative 4–8 weeks from design freeze
Overview
Roller Conveyors built to your application
Roller conveyors are the workhorse of stores, packing and dispatch. The design decisions that matter are roller pitch (at least three rollers under the shortest load), frame strength for the heaviest load, and whether product needs to accumulate without pressure building up behind it.
We calculate all three from your actual SKUs and throughput, then add the curves, transfers, lift gates and zone controls that keep material moving without manual handling.
Variants
Types of roller conveyors we build
Gravity roller conveyor
Unpowered, sloped, for short transfers and packing benches.
Powered roller conveyor
Chain or belt-driven for continuous transport of cartons and trays.
Zero-pressure accumulation
Zoned control so loads queue without pressing against each other.
Pallet roller conveyor
Heavy-duty rollers and frames for pallet handling at inbound and dispatch.

Roller Conveyors: common questions
What is zero-pressure accumulation?
The conveyor is divided into sensor-controlled zones so each load stops in its own zone instead of pressing against the load ahead. It protects fragile cartons and lets operators pick a single load without fighting line pressure.
Can gravity conveyors handle heavy pallets?
For pallets we use heavy-duty powered rollers or chain conveyors. Gravity roller sections are best for cartons, bins and trays.
Can you integrate with our existing lines?
Yes — we survey heights and interfaces and match them so the new section runs with the existing conveyors and controls.
