End-of-line test benches
Functional, electrical and performance test benches that prove an assembly works before it ships — with the fixture, instrumentation, limits and reporting designed as one system.
At a glance
- Tests
- Function, electrical safety, performance, noise, flow, torque
- Fixture
- Part-specific connection and hold-down with poka-yoke
- Data
- Serial-wise results, curves and PDF/CSV reports
- Integration
- Standalone or interlocked with the line
- Lead time
- Indicative 10–16 weeks from design freeze
Overview
End-of-Line Test Benches built to your application
End-of-line testing is where quality claims become evidence. The bench has to connect to the product reliably, apply the right conditions, measure what the specification calls for and store the result in a form your customer will accept.
We start from the test specification — or help write it — then design the fixture, instrumentation and software so the cycle fits takt time and the results are defensible in an audit.
Variants
Types of end-of-line test benches we build
Motor and pump test bench
Run-up, performance curve, current, vibration and noise checks.
Controller and PCB tester
Functional and electrical verification with programmable loads.
Flow and pressure rig
Performance testing of valves, pumps and fluid assemblies.
Combined leak and function bench
Leak test and functional test in a single station.
Specification
Technical specification
Typical build parameters. Final specifications are fixed with you at design freeze.

End-of-Line Test Benches: common questions
Can you build to our existing test specification?
Yes. We work from your specification — or from your customer's — and confirm at FAT that every requirement is measured and recorded.
How are results stored?
Per serial number, with curves and parameters, exported as CSV, to a database or to your MES.
Can one bench test multiple variants?
Yes, with recipes per variant selected automatically by scanning the part, and quick-change fixture elements where the interface differs.
