Mecwerx exists to protect manufacturing decisions from rework, inefficiency and regret. We take responsibility for making production systems work — not just for designing or supplying one part of them.

Accountability is the product
Manufacturers rarely struggle to find someone to design a layout, build a machine or supply a conveyor. What they struggle to find is someone who will take responsibility for the whole system producing to plan. That gap — between vendors, between drawings and the shop floor, between installation and stable output — is where projects lose months.
Mecwerx was set up to close that gap. We work across the production system: plant and line layout, process and line balancing, special purpose machines, welding fixtures, conveyors, test benches, material handling and automation. We engineer these together, build and prove them, install and commission them on your site, and stay through ramp-up.
Our work draws on time study, motion study, 5S, lean execution and capacity improvement — applied on the shop floor, not in presentations.
