Leak Testing Machines built to your application
Most leak-test problems in production are not instrument problems. They are sealing problems, temperature problems and fixture problems: a nest that deforms the part, a seal that relaxes, or air that has not stabilised before measurement begins.
We design the fixture and the test parameters together, validate with master parts including a calibrated leak, and hand over a bench that produces the same answer on the third shift as it did at FAT.

Leak Testing Machines: common questions
What leak rate can you test to?
It depends on part volume, test pressure and cycle time. We select the method and instrument from your allowed leak rate and confirm capability with a calibrated master leak.
Why do we get false rejects?
Usually sealing, temperature difference between part and test air, or a stabilisation time that is too short. All three are addressed in the fixture and parameter design.
Can the tester stop untested parts moving on?
Yes — with interlocks, reject lock bins and marking after pass, so an untested or failed part cannot reach dispatch.
