Overview
ESD & Assembly Workstations built to your application
Operators lose minutes every hour reaching, searching and adjusting. Multiply that across a line and a year and it is a station's worth of capacity — plus the fatigue and errors that come with it.
We design each workstation from the task: what is assembled, which parts and tools are needed, where they must sit for easy reach, and how material is replenished without interrupting the operator.

ESD & Assembly Workstations: common questions
What makes a workstation ESD-safe?
A controlled surface resistance on the top and mats, a documented path to ground, wrist-strap connection points and ESD-safe accessories — all verified after installation.
Can stations be re-configured later?
Yes. Aluminium profile and pipe-and-joint systems are designed to be changed as the process changes.
Do you supply single stations or full lines?
Both. Many customers start with one trial station and then order the full line after operator feedback.
