Storage that serves production, not the other way round

Warehouses and stores inside manufacturing plants are often designed last and squeezed into leftover space. The result is double handling, long picking times, damaged parts and production lines waiting for material.

We design storage and handling from the flow: what arrives, how often, how it is picked and how it reaches the line. Racking type, aisle width, handling equipment and line-side presentation are selected together, with load calculations and safety built in.

How do you decide the right racking system?

We look at your SKU profile, pallet loads, throughput, picking method, forklift type and building height. Selective racking suits variety and access; flow racks suit FIFO and line-side supply; cantilever racking suits long items.

Can you design a mezzanine inside our existing building?

Yes. We check the floor, columns and clear height, design the structure for the required load and integrate stairs, railings and material handling.
