Material Handling Trolleys built to your application
A trolley is a simple product that is easy to get wrong. Undersized castors on a rough floor make it impossible to push. No brakes on a slope makes it dangerous. The wrong deck height means the operator lifts. A part-specific nest missing means parts get damaged in transit.
We design from the load, the route and the floor — then from the person pushing it. That is why the drawings start with the weight and the aisle width, not with a catalogue.

Material Handling Trolleys: common questions
What do you need from us to quote a trolley?
The weight and size of what it carries, the route it travels including any slope, the aisle width, the floor condition, and whether it is pushed by hand or towed. Those six answers set almost the whole design.
How is this different from your kitting trolleys?
Kitting trolleys are line-side supply — light, sequenced, designed around bins and operator reach, and covered on the flow racks and kitting trolleys page. These are plant-floor handling trolleys: heavier loads, longer routes, and castor and towing selection that matters far more.
Can they be towed by a tugger or an AGV?
Yes. Tugger trains use steered axles and automatic couplings so the train tracks the tug rather than cutting corners. AGV-ready interfaces are designed to the AGV maker's specification.
Why not just buy standard trolleys?
For general movement, buy standard — we will say so. Building to design pays when the part needs protecting, the load is heavy, the route has a slope, or the floor is rough enough to destroy catalogue castors.
