Flow racks and kitting trolleys

Modular FIFO flow racks, kitting trolleys and milk-run carts built around your bins and parts — so the line is fed from behind and operators never leave the station to find material.

Overview

Flow Racks & Trolleys built to your application

A line-side rack is a small piece of equipment with a large effect: it decides whether the operator turns and picks, or walks and searches. Built on a modular pipe-and-joint system, it can also be changed in an afternoon when the process changes.

Kitting trolleys extend the same idea to the supply route: parts arrive sequenced and protected, and an incomplete kit is visible before it reaches the line.

FAQ

Flow Racks & Trolleys: common questions

Why pipe-and-joint instead of welded racks?

Because processes change. A pipe-and-joint rack can be re-cut and re-configured by your own team, while a welded rack usually ends up scrapped.

Can trolleys be made for fragile or machined parts?

Yes — with product-specific nests, soft liners and covers so parts are not damaged in transit.

What is the minimum order?

We build single units for trial and full line sets after your operators confirm the design.
