Overview
Pallet Racking built to your application
Racking is bought by the bay and paid for by the year. Under-designed racking fails or forces de-rating; over-designed racking wastes capital; badly laid out racking makes every pick longer than it needs to be.
We design from your load and flow data, set beam levels for the actual pallet heights, and install with the protection and signage that keep the system safe once forklifts start working around it.
Variants
Types of pallet racking we build
Selective pallet racking
Direct access to every pallet — the default for mixed SKUs.
Long-span shelving
Hand-picked cartons and small parts in stores.
Cantilever racking
Pipes, bars, profiles and sheets.
Mezzanine floor
Adds storage or work area within the existing building height.

Pallet Racking: common questions
How do you decide beam levels?
From your actual pallet heights and weights, the forklift's lift height and the building's clear height — not from a standard catalogue layout.
Do you provide load signage?
Yes. Every bay gets a load notice per level, and we hand over an inspection checklist so your team can check racks routinely.
Can you add to our existing racking?
Yes, provided the existing system's make and capacity are established. We inspect before quoting extensions.
