Overview
Belt Conveyors built to your application
A belt conveyor is the simplest way to move light and medium parts, cartons and sub-assemblies between operations at a controlled pace. Where it goes wrong is in the details: working height that forces operators to stoop, a belt that cannot be tracked, or a drive that cannot hold speed under load.
We size the belt, drive and structure from the actual product weight per metre, the required rate and how operators or machines interact with it, then design guarding, side guides and take-up so the conveyor runs for years with routine maintenance.
Variants
Types of belt conveyors we build

Cleated incline conveyor
Lifts loose parts or bulk between levels without slipping.
Assembly line belt
Paced belt with working height, tool rails, bins and lighting for operators.
Packing & dispatch belt
Accumulation, weighing and carton handling at end of line.

Belt Conveyors: common questions
What length and width of belt conveyor can you build?
We build to your layout — from short 2 m transfer conveyors to long multi-section lines. Width is driven by the product footprint plus clearance; typical assembly belts run 300–800 mm wide.
Can the speed be adjusted?
Yes. A VFD lets you set and lock line speed, and the conveyor can be run continuously or indexed against a station cycle.
Do you supply food-grade or ESD belts?
Yes — food-grade PU/PVC belts with stainless frames, and anti-static belts for electronics assembly.
