Equipment delivered is not output achieved. This discipline covers everything between a machine leaving the build floor and your line holding its target rate with your operators running it.

What it covers

Most disputes on capital projects happen in this stage, and almost all of them come from the same cause: acceptance was never written down. What rate, on which parts, measured how, over what period.

We fix that at the start. FAT and SAT protocols are agreed during engineering, not negotiated at handover, so the argument about whether the machine performs becomes a measurement rather than an opinion.

Capabilities

Each one is a scope you can buy on its own, or combine into a turnkey contract.

Site Survey

Floor levels and load capacity, available headroom and access route for rigging, power, air and water points with actual available capacity, existing equipment interfaces, and the constraints nobody mentioned until the truck arrived.

Installation

Unloading and rigging, foundation and anchoring, levelling and alignment, conveyor and station interfacing, utilities hook-up, and cable and pipe routing that suits your plant rather than the shortest path.

Commissioning

Power-up and loop checks, I/O verification, direction and interlock checks, safety circuit validation, dry cycles, then first parts. Faults found here are corrected here — not logged for later.

FAT

A written protocol agreed during engineering: your parts, target cycle time, repeatability on the critical characteristic, safety function checks and alarm behaviour. Run on our floor, witnessed by you, signed before dispatch.

SAT

Repeat of the agreed protocol after installation, in your environment with your utilities, operators and material supply. Anything that behaves differently on site is found here, against a written standard.

Ramp-up

Supported production over the first shifts, cycle-time and downtime tracking, adjustment of set points and buffers, quick fixes to the things only volume reveals, and handover of the stabilised parameters.

Training

Operator training on running, changeover and fault recovery; maintenance training on the PLC, drives, pneumatics, safety and wear parts; documented and attended, so competence survives an operator leaving.

FAQ

Project Execution: common questions

Can you install during a shutdown window?

Yes. Shutdown, weekend and phased installations are planned backwards from your restart time, with the pre-work, rigging sequence and contingency agreed before the window opens.

What happens if the machine misses the agreed cycle time?

It does not get signed off. FAT and SAT are measured against a protocol agreed during engineering, and the machine is corrected until it meets it. That is what single-point responsibility is for.

Do you work on sites outside Delhi NCR?

Yes. Engineering and build are managed from Greater Noida (NCR) and site teams mobilise across India for installation, commissioning and ramp-up.

Do you relocate existing plant and machinery?

Yes. Plant relocation — de-installation, marking, transport coordination, re-installation, alignment and re-commissioning — is a regular scope, usually against a fixed shutdown window.
