Automatic screwing and nutrunning stations

Single and multi-spindle screwing stations with DC nutrunners, torque-angle monitoring and automatic screw feeding — so every fastener in a safety-critical joint is tightened, verified and recorded.

Overview

Screwing Stations built to your application

A missing or under-torqued screw is one of the most common causes of field failure and customer complaints. Hand tools with a torque limiter tell you the tool stopped; they do not tell you whether the screw went into the right hole, or whether it cross-threaded.

A screwing station adds the missing evidence: screw presence, torque and angle within a window, sequence enforced, and results stored against the part.

Variants

Types of screwing stations we build

Single-spindle station

One driver positioned by fixture index or operator guidance.

Multi-spindle head

All screws tightened simultaneously for cycle-time-critical joints.

Gantry screwing station

Servo X-Y positioning for many screw positions and variants.

Handheld with error-proofing

Operator tool with position tracking, torque control and sequence enforcement.

FAQ

Screwing Stations: common questions

Why torque-angle rather than torque only?

Torque alone can be reached by friction, cross-threading or a stripped hole. Monitoring the angle turned after a torque threshold confirms the fastener actually pulled the joint together.

Can the station stop a missed screw?

Yes. The sequence is enforced and the part cannot be released until every screw passes, with reject handling for failures.

Do you integrate our existing nutrunner brand?

Yes — we work with the DC tool make your plant standardises on, including its controller and data interface.
