Mecwerx is an engineering and execution firm built for manufacturing reality.

We work with plant leadership when production systems must run — not just look good on paper. Our focus is simple: design, build, and stabilise manufacturing operations so output, quality, and capacity match what was approved.

We operate across plant setup (greenfield and brownfield), production line design, process optimisation, material flow, custom machines, commissioning, and capability building.

Our work is grounded in time study, motion study, 5S, lean execution, and capacity improvement — applied only where they deliver measurable results.

We don’t sell consulting, training, or frameworks in isolation. We take responsibility for execution and stay involved until systems are stable in daily production.
